True to our green roots, we’re proud to feature our buddy at Henry Farms (St.Helena) and car gu-ru, Clinton.  Both guys are helping take care of our waste.  Brian Henry from Henry Farms starting picking up our spent grain from day One. In fact, the second time he took the grain out to the field in his nice, sparkling pickup, the cattle dented the truck fighting for the grain! These days, Brian takes the grain out via tractor!! Clinton responded to an ad Josh put on our Beaufort local, free website- looking for someone to pick up and use our used fryer oil.  Right away Josh received many calls- the first of which happened to be from one of my old co-workers at a local plantation.  Clinton knows everything there is to know about cars (almost!)- and he is now using our fryer oil to fuel two of his pick ups (and helping the enviro while he’s at it!)
