Toatsing to the night! Skull Creek Stout.
A great time was had by all at Brewer’s first ever Brewer’s Dinner! Josh, Chef Dan, and Assistant Cassie send out a sincere thanks to the 25 of you who attended. The crowd was diverse, and some stayed late into the night! From the Paddler’s Organic Pale Ale salad dressing, to the mouth watering cake (created exclusively by Cassie) soaked in Dog Fish Head Rum (thanks Sam!!)~ the meal was excellent, and each course was served with a Brewer’s beer, as well as incorporated into the dish. The night finished (officially at least) when Josh busted out a special surprise, and sent around 2 rounds of iced down Dog Fish Head rum- this was a very well received treat!
